Humanitarian Platform

The website plataformahumanitaria.org originates from the research group Public Policy, Human Rights, and Teacher Training of the Postgraduate Program in Education – PPGE/PUCPR. This research group is the result of the International and Inter-institutional project developed with the partnership between researchers from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, Brazil, the Fernando Pessoa University – UFP, Portugal, and the Faculdades Pequeno Príncipe – FPP, Brazil. 

The online enviornment expands the possibilities of sharing bibliographic and pedagogical resources as well as good practices for the guarantee of rights, especially for the training of professionals in the field of Education and Health.

The joint efforts are aimed to: build network resources in Latin America and Europe for sharing the best practices, procedures, and tools for training and raising the professional standards in Education and Health for the care of children in humanitarian situations.
